Ray Burton, I.S.S.A., fitness coach, personal trainer and author, offers a unique opportunity for companies and media to provide their audience the tools and information on finding and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Ray Burton, is about helping people, coaching & mentoring. Whether Ray is working one on one with a personal training client, or presenting fitness talks to groups, Ray’s passion and knowledge of his work is evident.

Background
RAY BURTON is one of the few people who wakes up in the morning and knows that they are doing the job they were meant to. When other boys were climbing trees, he was doing chin-ups. This pleasure in his job allows Ray to bring personal, highly effective training and lifestyle management to all of the people under his care. With proper training, motivation, nutrition and desire, there are no limits to what can be accomplished with the human mind and body. Ray is a great example. Here is what he’s been up to;
· First Place, Southern Alberta Bodybuilding Championships, Light Heavyweight.
· Second Place, over 200 pound class, Toughest Calgarian Alive Contest
· Two Awards from Canadian Military for most physically fit infantryman.
· First Place Military Skills competition.
· Competed in the Nova Scotia Bodybuilding championships.
· Established Commando Cardio boot camp style training in Calgary Alberta.
· Author of the books “fat to fit” and “Your first competition”.
Completing his certification through the International Sports Science Association as a Certified Personal Trainer has allowed Ray Burton to train his clients in one of the most advanced fitness systems, periodized training. Taking his clients through several different stages all geared to achieving optimum results in fat loss, muscles gain, and strength allowing for a non-stagnant and exciting path to ultimate fitness.
Using his training to great effect during the supervision of daily physical training for the Canadian Military has lead Ray Burton to a disciplined, “efforts equals results” kind of motivation for his personal training clients. And it works! Ray can be seen joking with his clients between sets, but once its time to work…the fun is over. Doing the most productive exercises to cause changes in your core and stabilizer muscles can be hard work. The investment is worth the reward.

Its hard to understand what life can be like if all you have experienced is the day to day trials of carrying around a body that you know isn’t your true self.
