Hy Ray,

Thanks for the info. I had no idea I was at such risk! I have been eating a big can of tuna every day, thats 70 oz of tuna a week. I checked the calculator at gotmercury.org for that amount of tuna and it put my mercury level at 430%, it needs to be under 100%! Before I asked you about this I emailed starkist tuna company directly telling them exactly how much tuna I eat per week and they still gave me the standard response that I am not a pregnant woman or a child so I am at no risk. Im really glad I know about this now, I never thought tuna could lead to coma or death....

As for my body fat, Im glad to know that the range I'm in is healthy. I thought I was doing something wrong in my workouts or diet regime. Now I can relax a bit as Im not doing any bodybuilding competitions in the near future. :) I might push harder and try to get those sick pack abs in the future, but I am a full time student with a job so I think I'll stay where Im at and avoid the stress heart attack.

Thanks again Ray, you are a life saver! Take care of yourself and keep up the good work.

This is a very good article and it really emphasize on what is important. Bodybuilding should be taken serious and many teenagers do not do so and end up taking steriods and destroying their lives. It's nice to find an article like this that tells it to the point!
